It varies considerably depending on the nature of the matter. A clarification meeting can take place within a week. Mediation processes typically run over several weeks to a few months. More complex stewardship cases may extend over six months or more. We explain the likely timeline for your specific situation at the outset.
Are your services available to both Thai nationals and expatriates?
Yes. We work with Thai nationals, long-term residents, and expatriates holding pensions linked to Thai employers or the Social Security Office. All consultations are conducted in English; Thai language support is also available upon request.
What documents should I bring to a first meeting?
Bring whatever you have — employment contracts, pension statements, correspondence from your employer or the Social Security Office, and any formal decisions or notices. If you are unsure what is relevant, come as you are and we will go through it together. You do not need to have everything in order beforehand.
