What Clients Say
About Working With Us
We do not seek superlatives. What matters to us is whether clients felt informed, respected, and well-supported — and whether the outcome was one they understood and could act on.

"I had no idea what I was entitled to when I left my company after 18 years. The clarification meeting was genuinely useful — they explained things clearly, gave me notes to take home, and there was no pressure to do anything further. I ended up returning for the mediation service later, but only because I chose to."
"The mediation process took longer than I had hoped — about three and a half months in the end. But to be fair, they told me that was a possibility from the start. The outcome was acceptable, and I appreciated that they kept me informed throughout rather than leaving me to wonder."
"My pension situation was genuinely complicated — I had worked across Thailand and abroad, and the entitlements were tangled. The ongoing stewardship service was worth every baht. Consistent updates, no surprises on costs, and the matter was resolved after around seven months. Would recommend without hesitation."
"As an expatriate, I was not sure my Thai social security contributions would add up to anything meaningful. The initial meeting made clear that they do — and what I needed to do to make a claim. Straightforward, calm, and I left with a clear written summary. That meeting alone was worth the fee."
"I had a disagreement with my former employer about the pension contributions they owed. The mediation did not produce a full settlement, but it got us to a position where the remaining issues were much narrower. The practice was honest about the limits of what could be achieved through negotiation."
"The same person handled my matter from the first meeting to the final update. I did not have to re-explain my situation each time I called. That sounds obvious but it made an enormous difference to how I experienced the whole process."
How Matters Have Unfolded
These case summaries illustrate the kind of situations we support. Details have been generalised to protect client privacy.
Private Sector Departure — Unclear Entitlements
A client who had worked for a private company for 14 years left under a voluntary separation agreement. She was unclear whether the pension contributions she was owed under her employment contract matched what the company had actually set aside.
A clarification meeting identified a discrepancy between the contractual entitlement and the fund balance. Mediation was then used to open a structured dialogue with the former employer's HR and legal team over seven weeks.
A written settlement was reached covering approximately 88% of the disputed amount. The client chose to accept the settlement given the time and cost of formal proceedings to recover the remainder.
"I went in thinking I probably couldn't get anywhere with them. I was wrong. The process was manageable and the outcome was better than I expected."
Expatriate — Social Security and Provident Fund Query
A long-term British resident approaching retirement had contributed to Thai social security for 11 years and to a company provident fund for 8 years, but had never clearly understood the entitlements each produced or how to access them.
A single clarification meeting reviewed the contribution records, explained the entitlements under each scheme in plain language, and set out the steps needed to file the relevant claims in sequence.
The client left with a clear written summary and a step-by-step guide for filing the claims independently. No further legal involvement was needed — which is precisely what was recommended after the meeting.
"I had been putting this off for two years. One meeting sorted it out. I wish I had come earlier."
Long-Running Pension Fund Dispute — Formal Representation
A client had been in a dispute with a former employer over pension fund contributions for over a year before seeking assistance. The matter had already progressed to a formal complaint filed with the Social Security Office.
Full stewardship was agreed, covering SSO liaison, preparation of additional documentation, and representation at the formal proceedings. The client received fortnightly written updates throughout the nine-month process.
The SSO ruled substantially in the client's favour. The employer was directed to make the outstanding contributions plus applicable interest. The total costs of legal stewardship were recovered within the first month of the awarded sum.
"Nine months is a long time. But I was never left in the dark, and the result made it worthwhile."
