Three Services,
Each Shaped Around You
From a single clarification meeting to continuing stewardship across a complex matter — our services cover the full range of pension legal support a client in Bangkok may need.
← Back to HomeHow We Approach Every Matter
Whatever service brings a client through the door, our approach rests on the same foundations: listen carefully before speaking, explain clearly before advising, and agree any step before taking it. These are not policies for complicated matters — they apply to every interaction, including the first phone call.
Pension matters in Thailand vary considerably in character. Some clients need only to understand their position. Others have an active disagreement to resolve. A few require steady, attentive support across a prolonged process. We offer all three levels — and we will tell you honestly which is most appropriate for your situation, even if that means less involvement from us.
Listen First
No assumptions before the full picture is understood.
Explain Clearly
Legal positions in language a client can use and act on.
Agree Before Acting
Nothing proceeds without the client's prior knowledge and consent.
Document Everything
Written records of meetings, decisions, and next steps as standard.
Rights Clarification Meeting
A calm, unhurried meeting to help you understand your pension rights and the choices in front of you. Information is shared in plain language, with a written note to take home. This service is intended as a supportive first step, with no expectation that you commit to anything further.
What Is Included
- Review of the documents and correspondence you bring
- Plain-language explanation of your legal position under Thai law
- Overview of the options available to you
- Written summary provided after the meeting
- Opportunity to ask questions without time pressure
Typical Process
You contact us to arrange a time — usually within one week.
We meet at our Lumphini office (or by arrangement). Duration: 60–90 minutes.
You receive a written note within two working days covering the key points discussed.
Mediation & Negotiation
Measured support in resolving pension disagreements through dialogue and negotiation where possible, helping to avoid lengthier formal routes. The client's wishes shape the approach, and progress is explained clearly throughout. A considerate option for those who prefer a calmer path to resolution.
What Is Included
- Initial assessment of the dispute and the positions involved
- Preparation of the client's position and supporting documentation
- Facilitated dialogue sessions with the opposing party
- Written record of agreed outcomes or points of contention
- Guidance on next steps if agreement is not reached through mediation
Typical Duration
Most mediation processes run over several weeks to three months, depending on the complexity of the dispute and the willingness of parties to engage. We provide an honest estimate at the outset.
Ongoing Legal Stewardship
Continuing support for complex or long-running pension matters, covering preparation, liaison, and representation as required. The scope and any costs are agreed together in advance, with regular updates so nothing comes as a surprise. Designed for clients who value steady, attentive guidance across a matter that may unfold over many months.
What Is Included
- Full case preparation and document management
- Ongoing liaison with employers, SSO, or other bodies
- Representation where required under agreed scope
- Regular updates — proactively provided, not only on request
- Agreed fee structure with no unilateral changes
This service suits clients facing formal proceedings, extended disputes with former employers or pension funds, or any situation where sustained, knowledgeable involvement makes a practical difference to the outcome.
